About
RosaNera Cosmetics is a professional hair brand: colour, in-salon treatment, care and finishing, formulated and produced in Italy and supplied through distributors and licensed salons. Never at retail, never direct to consumers.
Everything is sold through the trade. A stylist does not buy RosaNera in a shop, and neither does their client — the line reaches a chair through a distributor who carries it, trains on it, and keeps it in stock. That is not a positioning choice dressed up as a principle. It is what makes the technical documentation worth writing: a permanent oxidative colour is only as safe as the patch test that precedes it, and a professional channel is the one that reliably performs one.
What we publish follows from the same thing. Ingredient lists are transcribed from the manufacturer's artwork rather than summarised, mixing ratios and development times come straight off the carton and the technical manual, and where the two disagree the printed label wins. If a page here and a box in your stockroom say different things, the box is right and we want to know.
The range is organised the way a service is: what you put on the hair to change it, what you do at the basin to repair it, what the client takes home, and what finishes the look.
Permanent cream colour, the Superlift series, toners, liquid direct pigments, developers from 5 to 40 volume, and bleaching powders. One shade system, one ratio, documented timings.
Keratin, restructuring and bonding services performed at the chair — the work that decides whether the colour still looks like that in six weeks.
Shampoo, mask and leave-in systems built to hold a technical result rather than to sit next to one on a shelf.
Styling and finishing for the back bar and the retail shelf: waxes, powders, sprays and mousses.
There is also a barber line, Lion of Judah, and a men's colour series that is the only ammonia-free formulation in the range. Ammonia-free is not test-free — those shades carry the same colourants, the same caution and the same patch test as every other. That distinction, and every timing that goes with it, is on the education page.
Honestly: at the beginning. There is no US warehouse, no US entity and no appointed distributor in most states. Sample kits ship from Poland and take seven to twelve business days. Training runs through the distributor holding a territory, so where there is no distributor yet, there is no class yet either.
None of that is a reason to be vague about it. If you are a distributor, an open market is the whole opportunity and you would rather hear the real position than a brochure. If you are a salon and your state has nobody, telling us where you are is what decides which territory opens next — that list is read, not filed.
What does exist today is the range, the documentation in English, and people who answer email. That is enough to start a conversation with.
Both registration numbers above resolve in the Polish public registers. Please check them.
