RosaNera is a professional line, sold through distributors to licensed salons and barbershops. Here is what it is, how supply works, and where the United States actually stands right now.
There is no salon locator on this page because there is nothing yet to put on it. RosaNera is distributed across Europe and is only now opening United States territories. In most states there is no appointed distributor, which means no local stock, no local training, and no salon nearby already using the line.
What that means for you in practice: tell us where you are, and one of two things happens. If your state has a distributor, we connect you and you deal with them locally. If it does not, we say so plainly and your enquiry goes onto the list that decides which territory is appointed next — that list is read, and a state with salons waiting in it is the one that gets opened.
Either way you get an answer within one business day, and either way it is the true one.

Every published product carries its full INCI list, per shade where the shades are different formulations. A client with a sensitivity gets an answer in the chair instead of an email to a distributor.

RosaNera is not sold at retail and not sold to consumers. What is on your back bar cannot be bought cheaper down the street, because it cannot be bought down the street at all.

Ordering, stock and training are local. RosaNera supplies the range, the documentation and the technical support behind them.
The salon and sample kit forms ask for a cosmetology licence number or an EIN. It is checked once against the issuing board's public register and then removed from the record — it is not kept, profiled or passed on. It is what makes this a trade supply rather than a consumer giveaway, and it is the basis on which permanent oxidative colour and bleaching powder are supplied at all. The privacy notice says exactly what happens to it.
The service side of that bargain is the patch test and the timings — including for the ammonia-free MEN shades, which carry the same colourants and the same caution as every other shade in the range.
