Who you are contracting with

RosaNera Cosmetics is a brand of Magnolia R. Bloch Sp. K., Topolowa 10, 21-003 Dys, Poland — VAT PL7133121574, KRS 0000998379. Products are manufactured in Italy.

Professional and trade supply only

RosaNera products are professional preparations. They are supplied to licensed cosmetologists, barbers, salons, beauty schools and to distributors supplying those businesses. They are not supplied to the general public and are not intended for consumer self-application.

This is why the sample kit and salon partner forms ask for a cosmetology licence number or EIN. Supply may be refused, and an account closed, where trade status cannot be verified or where products are found to be resold to consumers in breach of an agreement.

Why the restriction matters

Permanent oxidative hair colour contains p-Phenylenediamine and related colourants, and bleaching powders are strong alkaline oxidisers. Every unit carries a caution statement and a preliminary sensitivity test instruction, and both must be observed before each service — including for the ammonia-free MEN shades, which contain the same colourants and carry the same caution. Supplying to a trained professional who performs that test is the basis on which these products are safely used, and it is a condition of supply, not a recommendation.

Commercial terms

Prices, minimum order quantities, payment terms, lead times, territory, delivery, title and risk, warranty and returns are set out in the written distribution or supply agreement between RosaNera and the buyer. Where that agreement and this page differ, the agreement governs.

No price, discount, margin, territory or exclusivity is offered by this website, by an email exchange, or by a conversation. An offer is binding only when it is in a signed agreement or a written order confirmation from us.

Sample kits

Sample kits carry a flat shipping charge, stated on the request form, which is credited in full against the first order. Kits ship from Poland. They contain professional-size samples and are supplied for evaluation — not for resale. Aerosol products are classed as dangerous goods for air freight and are not included in a kit.

Using this website

You may read, print and share the pages of this site, and use the ingredient lists, safety data and service instructions for the purpose of using or selling the products. You may not:

• copy the site's text, photography or design to present another brand's products;
• use the RosaNera name or marks to imply a distribution, agency or partnership relationship that does not exist;
• scrape the site at a volume that degrades it for others;
• submit another person's details through a form, or a licence number that is not yours.

Accuracy of what is published here

Ingredient lists, mixing ratios and development times on this site are transcribed from the manufacturer's artwork and technical documentation and are kept in step with it. Where this site and the printed carton or the safety data sheet ever disagree, the printed label and the SDS govern — they are the controlled documents and they travel with the product.

Shade results depend on the starting level, condition and history of the hair. Nothing on this site is a guarantee of a particular result on a particular head.

The range shown here is being prepared for the United States. Some products are listed as in development, and availability, pack sizes and shade availability may differ by market.

Liability

We do not limit or exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited. Subject to that, and to the terms of any signed agreement, this website is provided as it stands and we are not liable for loss arising from reliance on it where the printed label or safety data sheet says otherwise.

Nothing here affects the statutory rights of a consumer who has obtained a RosaNera product through a retail channel.

Governing law

These site terms are governed by Polish law. A signed distribution or supply agreement sets its own governing law and forum, and that choice prevails over this paragraph for everything within that agreement.
